Doctors and scientists from the Irvine university of California have recently discovered a new method of lowering blood pressure. This method is based on electroacupuncture, which seems to have a significant effect in lowering blood pressure. The method has been tested on rats, by inducing low electric stimulation at the front of their legs, and their blood’s pressure after the treatment was 40 percent lower than before(their blood pressure had been artificially increased before). This opens new doors for hypertension treatment, maybe it will even replace the traditional medical treatments with this ancient method.

These are all the methods that were tested :

Needles were inserted into:
-pericardium 5-6, and they were rotated every 10 to thirty minutes. While this procedure was performed, the rats’ blood pressure was being raised by doctors.
-the rats’ forelimbs, without any stimulation or twist, for 30 minutes.

Also, the pericardium 5-6 was electrically stimulated with frequencies ranging from 2 to 100 hertz.

During these tests the changes in blood pressure were continuously monitored, and the results carefully recorded. The most successful in lowering blood pressure were those tests which involved manual and electrical acupuncture, which had serious effects in lowering blood pressure, lasting up to one hour, and ranging from 33 to 36 percent. The best results were recorded at the rats which had been stimulated by electroacupuncture, especially at those treated at the electroacupuncture frequency of 2 hertz.

However, the best results were recorded at the rats stimulated at the heart (6-7) and stomach (36-37). Their blood pressure was lowered up to 44 percent for the heart stimulation, and 36 percent for the stomach.

An important observation that doctors made was that this electroacupuncture treatment can only lower blood pressure for the hypertensive people, it has no effect for healthy people.

We can only that these treatments involving acupuncture will soon be available to everyone, because they represent a very good way to lower blood pressure

So be it, it is done.” This helps the patient to become more balanced and stabilized. It has shown great results.

Healing and the power of healing on all levels can to be summed up in the phrase “and the greatest of these is love.”

Have you ever read or have been told that “it is not known why magnets work”? Well, this is untrue. All human and animal bodies are electromagnetic in nature and this fact is closely allied to the chemical balance of the body which can be in either a healthy or an unhealthy state.

It is now known scientifically that a healthy body contains fluids that are slightly alkaline and that an unhealthy body is acidic. It is also known that at damaged sites in the body, exists a positive electrical charge which affects both the chemical balance the electrical balance in the area resulting in pain. This healing action of the body is easily restricted by poor diet, lifestyle, alcohol, drugs etc. There is also a lot of evidence of something called “Magnetic Deficiency Syndrome” being a major contributor to restricting the body’s ability to respond to illness. I will be looking in depth at this syndrome in a later article.

It is now firmly established that a negative magnetic field, provided by a geomagnetic north pole magnetic field (the same as the Earth’s North Pole), is the most natural way of providing much needed support for the body’s own immune system.

Dr W Philpott MD, a practitioner of magnet therapy for over 40 years explains that negative magnetic fields oxygenate and alkalise by aiding the body’s defences and helping to relieve pain. Further, they combat inflammation and infection and enhance deep restorative sleep.

This latter point is extremely important. In order to combat maladies that result from the stress of our current lifestyles, the correct amount of good quality sleep is essential. Combine this with the possibility of at least reducing the amount of powerful drugs taken and what results is a completely natural complementary therapy.

It is probably wise at this stage just to say that anyone reading this article that is undergoing a course of treatment with a health professional should not stop the treatment but consider using magnetic therapy in support. Also, magnetic therapy should not be used if any electronic implants are present in the body.

Given the correct choice and placement of magnetic device, this is probably the most effective alternative therapy available. Well, does it perk you up a bit to learn that spending a couple of hours doing it can be the difference between having a web site that collects dust and one that collects bucks? Thought it might.

What you want to do is build a list of keywords (single words and phrases) that are closely related to the theme of your site, then write a page of content full of information about each keyword. One keyword per page.

Now, here’s the key to it all. Don’t just pull a list out of the air (or, in this case, your own brain). Why not? Because the keywords you come up with may or may NOT be words that are actually searched for at the major search engines. You need to know for sure. In fact, knowing for sure is what separates a lot of successful niche web site owners from the masses of others who scratch their heads in puzzlement when their sites get very little free traffic.

Wordtracker is a Godsend

So, how can you find out which keywords that are related to your site’s theme are searched for and which are not? Suffice to say, there are several options, but the best is a service found at wordtracker.com. These fine folks compile massive amounts of data about the words searchers at the major engines type in when they search. Then they present this data in a straightforward, easy-to-read format that you can check quickly as you build your keyword lists.

You simply go there, armed with a basic idea of which keywords to check out, and wordtracker will give you a thumbs up or thumbs down on each one by telling you how many times each keyword has been searched. It can be very eye-opening. You’ll likely discover that some of your most cherished keywords are virtually worthless from a search engine traffic standpoint. You’ll quickly learn to check your assumptions at the door when you enter wordtracker’s site!

OK, once you’ve built a working list of keywords that you now know get used a lot by searchers at the major search engines, you’ll be way ahead of most of your competitors. The only remaining step is to write some high quality, informative, useful content about each keyword in your list and post it on your site. Remember: one keyword (which can be a single word or a phrase) per page!

If you make your content easy to read and chock full of interesting information, you’ll satisfy both elements mentioned at the beginning of this article. Your visitors will get great content, which will bring them back and convince some of them to link to your site. And, you’ll have built that content around keywords that are actually being searched for at the big engines. More searches = more traffic. It’s that simple.

You’ll have a web site that pulls in more and more free search engine traffic as you continue to add content built around your keyword list. Once on your site, your visitors will find information that interests them and, hopefully, compels them to bookmark your site, tell their friends and co-workers, and maybe even give you a link on their own sites!

That, my friends, is how you win at the web site game. As logical as this all sounds, very few of your competitors understand it, let alone actually do it. So, get to it! They’ll be eating your site’s dust while you collect all the bucks!
